I spent way too much time colouring this guy--I couldn't help it tho, he's hunky and deserves to look good :)  I think I did about four layers on the brown part of his fur, layers of pencils on markers on pencils on markers..  In contrast, the background was much easier; I decided to try a more simplified background scheme.  I think it worked well :)

I took a colour print I had made of him, held it up to a light, traced a g-string on a piece of paper, coloured it, cut it out, and pasted it onto a print, so I could display it on my table at AC99 :)  I decided that red was a bad choice of colour for the g-string, as most people thought his pecker was still showing (in the print and original, some shaft can be seen). :]
